Only once you have received acceptance onto a program at a French institution will you be eligible to apply for your student visa for France.

Pay the visa processing fee, which varies based on your nationality and ranges between 50 and 100 euros.

Wait for the arrival of the visa. Your ethnicity, the number of students applying for visas at the time, and other factors all influence how long it takes to process your application. The sooner you get started, the better.

The Campus France application procedure takes at least three weeks, while the Consulate application process takes at least two weeks. The application process must start at least 90 days prior to the departure date. In the event of unanticipated delays, it is strongly advised that students begin the process as soon as possible.

Courses like management and engineering, among many others, now have English as a medium of instruction in France. This move has been made so as to attract more international students from around the world. But to compete with French students it is advisable that international students learn a bit of French.
